Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.
Diet and nutrition
Correct diet supports the body’s natural inclination to purge, waste and detoxify. A foundation of internal health and healing is restored when the body gets an opportunity to rest. This is an inside-out approach, that can yield amazing health benefits such as clearer skin, weight loss, increased energy, better sleep, and even reduced pain.
Therapeutic yoga is an inherently holistic approach, simultaneously working on the body, mind, and spirit. Various yoga and ayurvedic practices systematically strengthen different systems in the body, including the heart and cardiovascular system, the lungs, muscles, and the nervous system.
I take Personal classes, Group classes, Corporate classes, Workshops, Wellness Talk and have Personal consultations
For Personal classes, I'll visit your home.
For Group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.
For Corporate classes, I'll visit the office.

I live in Hyderabad.
I visit and teach at the following locations:
Krishna Nagar, Banjara Hills, Sri Nagar Colony, Jubilee Hills, Yousufguda
Rs.600 - Rs.1000 per session [for personal classes]
My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
