Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.
This is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture (asana) and breath control (pranayama). It often makes use of props, such as belts, blocks, and blankets, as it aids in performing postures correctly, minimising the risk of injury or strain, and making the postures accessible to both young and old.
Prana means life force or breath sustaining the body; Ayama translates as "to extend or draw out." Together two mean breath extension or control. Pranayama is meant to nurture a high level of bodily health and mental clarity, both of which are crucial steps on the path to self-knowledge and a wholesome, authentic life.

For Group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.
For Corporate Workshops, I'll visit the office.

I visit and teach at the following locations:
Rs.1200 - Rs.1500 per session [for personal classes]
My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
