Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.

This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga Vinyasa is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.




Prenatal Yoga is uniquely designed for pregnancy. It can help support expecting moms both emotionally and physically. The emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength helps you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

I have always enjoyed practicing yoga but when my Guru encouraged me to teach classes, I took this as an opportunity to enhance my learning skills. What started as learning sessions for me initially became a serious job because of my students’ dedication and their commitment.

When one of my students told me it was life-changing as to how my classes had relieved her from her chronic spine issue, I felt extremely happy and grateful to yoga and the knowledge imparted by my Guru.

It is my students’ happy faces and well being that keeps me going every day.

It is more than a year now that I have been taking classes from Kumudini. What a wonderful journey and experience it is!

I had started Yoga because of my back and wrist pain. Kumudini helped me work on my physical strength. This worked well for me as the back and wrist pain has considerably reduced and I was also able to do a 10K run.

10K run was a great achievement in itself for me as I was not even able to run 100 meters at a stretch about a year back.

Her classes are calm and soothing. I have now started missing her classes during the holidays.

I am a person who likes a calm lifestyle, am self introspective and love nature and the human body.

Because of this natural inclination towards yoga, I completed the teacher training course for which I am very happy and grateful to my gurus.

I take Personal classes, Group classes

For Personal classes, I'll visit your home.

For Group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.



I live in Hyderabad

I visit and teach at the following locations: 

Lingampally, Nallagandla, Gachibowli

Rs.600 onwards per session [for personal classes]

My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
