Prenatal Yoga is uniquely designed for pregnancy. It can help support expecting moms both emotionally and physically. The emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength helps you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.
I take personal classes, group classes and corporate classes.
For personal classes, I'll visit your home.
For group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.

I visit and teach at the following locations:
Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hitech City
Rs.600 to Rs.1000 per session [for personal classes]
My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
