Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.

The bustling pace of our children's lives can have a profound effect on their innate joy—and usually not for the better. Yoga presented in a child's language can help counter the stress experienced by little ones living in a hurried-up world.




Prenatal Yoga is uniquely designed for pregnancy. It can help support expecting moms both emotionally and physically. The emphasis on breathing, stamina, pelvic floor work, restorative poses, and core strength helps you become more resilient during and after pregnancy.

I firmly believe in ‘Practice what you Preach’, so before starting my teaching career I practiced yoga for several years.

With the regular practice of asanas, pranayama and dhyana I experienced a lot of sync between my body, mind and soul. Rather than approaching the success in a stressful way, through yoga, I have learnt and still learning to progress peacefully in all the aspects of my life.

Whatever I have gained and still gaining through yoga, I want to share and promote amongst all. I have a deep desire to make the world happy, peaceful and healthy and I am trying to do my bit!!

Nidhi helped me in aligning my body, mind and soul which is the real essence of yoga, which I hardly experienced anywhere else before meeting her a year ago. Every morning I look forward for yoga session and the best part is ending the session with a beautiful message, emphasising on how we can be better persons in and out.

As a teacher, it gives me immense pleasure and satisfaction when a student experiences the life changing benefits of yoga.

This varies from a student’s thyroid level coming down drastically or when an elderly student shares her ability to go about her daily chores with high energy or some students sharing the amazing mental and emotional stability they have experienced post the practice.

When I hear from a parent that regular practice of yoga has helped calm down her hyper active child or when a pregnant student shares that after attending the pre-natal sessions, she feels very confident, relaxed and more peaceful....

...those are the inspiring stories that keep me going.

I take personal classes, group classes and corporate classes.

For personal classes, I'll visit your home.

For group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.



I live in Hyderabad.

I visit and teach at the following locations: 

Banjara Hills, Jubilee Hills, Hitech City

Rs.600 to Rs.1000 per session [for personal classes]

My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
