Most forms of yoga can be classified as Hatha Yoga. Hatha simply refers to the practice of physical yoga postures. Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind and spirit in preparation for meditation.
This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga Vinyasa is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.
Therapeutic yoga is an inherently holistic approach, simultaneously working on the body, mind, and spirit. Various yoga practices systematically strengthen different systems in the body, including the heart and cardiovascular system, the lungs, muscles, and the nervous system.

I take Personal classes, Group classes, Corporate workshops, Retreats and TTC
For Personal classes, I'll visit your home.
For Group classes, I visit apartment complexes and yoga centers.
For Corporate Workshops, I'll visit the office.
WHERE I TEACH
I live in Bangalore.
I visit and teach at the following locations:
Rs.1500 onwards per session [for personal classes]
My fees are based on a variety of factors such as the travel distance, any kind of special therapy that would be needed, number of students per class [for group classes] etc.
